TREE NUTS low fat hazelnut flour is source from the process of cold pressing of roasted hazelnut oil. It contains 25% less fat than regular hazelnut flour while maintaining an unique, sweet nutty aroma. It can be used for baking cakes, cookies or bread. It is also suitable as an addition to dry dishes, e.g. as a thickener for sauces. It is a source of vitamin E and unsaturated fats. It is made only from nuts grown in Poland.
