Why are we adding lecithin?

We use non-GMO sunflower lecithin as a natural emulsifier to make our spread maintained its appearance and nutritional values throughout the whole shelf life. Sunflower lecithin has a favorable profile of phospholipids, which has a positive effect on the brain activity and nervous system. It also contributes to maintenance of the fat metabolism, which improves the functioning of the liver.

Does the spread contains gluten?

We present you a new product - a spread made of roasted hazelnuts with dates and cocoa. Its basic ingredients remain roasted hazelnuts (80%) with the addition of dried dates and cocoa. Our "dry" burgundy paste is a healthy and definitely a more noble alternative to the well-known creams with hazelnuts. It has a smooth consistency, intense nutty aroma, light sweetness of dates broken with cocoa bitterness. The spread is characterized by a low glycemic index (IG <50), hence we recommend it to diabetics. There is no milk, white sugar or palm oil. Clean label. Simpy as that.
